• Lead: A potential customer submitted by an affiliate through the Affiliate Dashboard.
• Accepted Lead: A lead that has been reviewed and approved by DaitchPro as valid.
• Closed Won: A lead that successfully converts into a paying customer.
• Commission Wallet: The dashboard section where affiliates can track commission statuses such as Pending, Earned, Approved, and Paid.
• Referral Tools: Tools provided within the dashboard, including referral links, campaign links, analytics, and QR codes.

3. Affiliate Dashboard Usage

Approved affiliates receive access to the DaitchPro Affiliate Dashboard, which includes the following features:

3.1 Dashboard Analytics

Affiliates can view performance metrics, including:

• Total leads submitted
• Leads accepted
• Leads in progress
• Closed won and closed lost deals
• Pending, earned, approved, and paid commissions
• Clicks, conversion rate, and average deal size

3.2 Submit Lead

Affiliates may submit potential client information, including:

• Client Name
• Company Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Country
• Business Type
• Estimated Deal Size (optional)
• Additional Notes
• Optional “Handover to Sales” selection

All submitted leads must be genuine and submitted with the individual’s consent.

3.3 My Leads

Affiliates can track the status of their submitted leads, which may include:

• Submitted
• Accepted
• In Progress
• Closed Won
• Closed Lost

3.4 Commission Wallet

The Commission Wallet provides visibility into earnings with the following statuses:

• Pending: Awaiting deal closure or validation.
• Earned: Deal successfully closed.
• Approved: Verified and scheduled for payout.
• Paid: Commission has been disbursed.

3.5 Referral Tools

Affiliates are provided with:

• Unique referral links
• Campaign-specific links
• QR codes for offline marketing
• Performance analytics (clicks, conversions, and deal values)

4. Lead Submission Guidelines

To maintain the integrity of the program, affiliates must adhere to the following:

• Consent Requirement
• Leads must be submitted only with the explicit consent of the individual or business.
• Accuracy of Information
• All submitted information must be accurate and complete.
• Duplicate Leads
• Duplicate or previously contacted leads may be rejected at DaitchPro’s discretion.
• Lead Ownership
• DaitchPro retains sole discretion in determining lead acceptance and ownership.
• Estimated Deal Size
• Any estimated deal value is for informational purposes only and does not determine the final commission.
• Sales Process
• All pricing, negotiations, and contract discussions are handled exclusively by the DaitchPro sales team.

5. Commission Guidelines

5.1 Commission Eligibility

Affiliates earn commissions when:

• A lead is accepted and marked as Closed Won, or
• A customer completes a qualified purchase through the affiliate’s referral link.

5.2 Commission Status Definitions

• Pending: The deal is under review or awaiting closure.
• Earned: The deal has been successfully closed.
• Approved: The commission has been verified and scheduled for payment.
• Paid: The commission has been disbursed.

5.3 Commission Calculation

• Commissions are calculated based on the actual revenue received by DaitchPro.
• Estimated deal sizes entered by affiliates do not affect the final commission amount.

5.4 Commission Restrictions

Commissions will not be granted for:

• Self-referrals.
• Fraudulent or misleading activities.
• Duplicate or invalid leads.
• Cancelled or refunded transactions.
• Violations of this policy or the Terms & Conditions.

6. Permitted Promotional Activities

Affiliates may promote DaitchPro through the following channels:

• Websites and blogs
• Social media platforms
• Email marketing (with proper consent)
• Webinars and online events
• Educational or review content
• Offline marketing using QR codes
• Paid advertising (subject to restrictions)

All promotional content must be truthful, accurate, and aligned with DaitchPro’s brand values.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Spam and Unsolicited Communications
• Sending unsolicited emails or messages in violation of laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act or GDPR.
• Misrepresentation
• Making false or misleading claims about DaitchPro’s services, pricing, or capabilities.
• Trademark Bidding
• Bidding on keywords containing “DaitchPro” or variations in paid advertising without written permission.
• Unauthorized Incentives
• Offering cashback, discounts, or rewards without authorization.
• Cookie Stuffing or Tracking Manipulation
• Using deceptive techniques to generate artificial tracking.
• Self-Referrals
• Using personal affiliate links to earn commissions on one’s own purchases.
• Illegal or Harmful Content
• Promoting DaitchPro on websites containing illegal, offensive, or discriminatory material.
• Unauthorized Representation

8. Brand and Trademark Usage

Affiliates may use DaitchPro’s:

8.2 Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

• Modify logos or branding.
• Register domain names or social media accounts containing the DaitchPro trademark.
• Create misleading or lookalike websites.

9. Advertising and FTC Disclosure

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with DaitchPro. Acceptable examples include: “This content contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you sign up for DaitchPro through my link at no additional cost to you.” Failure to provide proper disclosure may result in suspension or termination from the program.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including:

• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
• CCPA/CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Laws)
• CAN-SPAM Act
• Other applicable international regulations

11. Communication with Prospects

• Affiliates must represent themselves as independent partners of DaitchPro.
• Affiliates may not negotiate pricing or contractual terms on behalf of DaitchPro.
• All final agreements with customers are executed directly by DaitchPro.

12. Monitoring and Compliance

DaitchPro reserves the right to:

• Monitor affiliate activities and promotional methods.
• Request information about traffic sources and marketing practices.
• Remove non-compliant content.
• Withhold or reverse commissions resulting from policy violations.

13. Violations and Enforcement

Failure to comply with this Affiliate Policy may result in:

• Warning or request for corrective action.
• Temporary suspension of affiliate privileges.
• Withholding or reversal of commissions.
• Termination from the Affiliate Program.
• Legal action where applicable.

14. Updates to This Policy
